DEVELOPMENT OF A CONCRETE-PICTORIAL-ABSTRACT (CPA) TEACHING MODULE TO IMPROVE NUMERATION LITERACY FOR ELEMENTARY SCHOOL STUDENTS

This study aims to describe the design of hypothesis and feasibility Concrete-Pictorial-Abstract (CPA)-based multiplication teaching module improve numeracy literacy elementary school students. The research method used is Design Development (DD). procedure Planning, Production, Evaluation (PPE). result a (CPA) based on material in grade II Elementary School. modules have been validated by three experts: experts, linguists. validation results from experts get percentage 95%, 89%, linguists 92.5%. All are included excellent criteria. product was tested students through ability test which carried out pretest post-test. average students' scores 50, post-test 83. Thus, this feasible can literacy.
